Review

Peer Review Process

 

All submissions undergo double-blind peer review by at least two domain experts. Initial editorial decisions are communicated within 30 working days. Final publication decisions rest with the Editor-in-Chief. Manuscripts are screened using Turnitin, with a similarity index threshold of less than 15%, before entering peer review.

Publication Frequency

 

The journal is published twice a year, in April and October, starting from 2021. Each issue publishes approximately 5–10 quality research articles.

All published articles are immediately available as open access under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license.

  • Commercial and non-commercial reuse is permitted.
  • Appropriate attribution is required.
  • Derivative works must be distributed under the same license.

JoCPES adheres to the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Editors: Maintain impartiality and protect the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.

Reviewers: Provide constructive and objective feedback and declare potential conflicts of interest.

Authors: Ensure originality and adhere to responsible and ethical research practices.

JoCPES does not charge submission fees, article processing charges, or publication fees.
Research Integrity

Plagiarism Screening

 

All submitted manuscripts undergo similarity screening using Turnitin. Manuscripts exceeding the 15% similarity threshold, excluding references, may be rejected or returned to the authors for revision.
